What we do

Three areas of responsibility.

Token does not sell hardware or bill by the hour. We take responsibility for the systems your organisation depends on, for a fixed monthly fee.

Infrastructure, built and run

Servers, virtual machines, containers and hosted platforms, on your premises, in a data centre, or across both. Designed, built and operated under ongoing responsibility.

In practice

Capacity reviewed as you grow and added before it runs out. Hardware and licences tracked so nothing expires unnoticed.

Backup and disaster recovery

Every protected system is duplicated, with a copy held away from your site. Retention set to what your organisation actually needs.

In practice

Restore drills on a schedule, with a written record of what came back and how long it took.

Monitoring and incident response

Systems are monitored around the clock. Faults are typically being addressed before users are affected.

In practice

Alerts reach a person, not a mailbox. Afterwards you get a short account of what happened and what we changed.

Coverage & response

Service commitments.

Monitoring Continuous

Automated checks and alerting on every managed system, day and night.

Support hours 08:00–17:00 CET/CEST, Mon–Fri

Unlimited remote support within business hours, included in the fee.

Critical incidents Response within 1 hour

A failed server, a site offline or data loss. Each client is issued a direct escalation number on signature, answered at any hour.

Everything else Same working day

On-site in Prishtina same or next working day; other sites agreed per client.

Most issues are resolved remotely. The majority of work is carried out over a secure remote connection, which is why response is fast.

Scope of service

What the service includes, and what it does not.

Included

  • Continuous monitoring and alerting
  • Incident response
  • Patching and updates
  • Backup operation and restore testing
  • Licence and renewal tracking
  • Environment documentation kept current
  • Unlimited remote support in business hours

Billed separately

  • Hardware and third-party licences, billed at cost
  • Project work, such as migrations and major upgrades, quoted before it starts
  • Out-of-hours on-site attendance

The monthly amount is fixed and agreed in advance. Nothing outside this list appears on an invoice without a written quote first, and it does not increase because a problem lasted longer.

Every system your organisation depends on, under one accountable agreement.

Onboarding

The first month.

Protection comes first. Nothing else changes until what you already have is documented and safe.

Week 1

Audit

Every server, network, backup job and licence documented as it is, rather than as it is assumed to be.

Week 2

Findings & priorities

Anything unprotected or at risk is named plainly, with a cost and a timeline attached.

Week 3

Baseline in place

Backup and monitoring brought to an agreed baseline, so protection exists before anything else changes.

Week 4 →

Steady state

Planned maintenance, documentation kept current, and a written review each month of what was done and what's coming.

Projects

Project work.

Beyond the ongoing service, Token undertakes defined projects: scoped in writing, quoted in advance, delivered to an agreed date.

Migrations

Moving what your organisation runs without losing a day of work: server and platform migrations, moves between providers or into the cloud, and email or tenant migrations during mergers and restructuring. Planned so the switchover is measured in minutes, with a tested way back at every step.

Scoped and quoted in advance.

Systems integration

Making the systems you already own work as one: identity and single sign-on across applications, connecting business platforms through their APIs, and consolidating accounts and access after an acquisition or reorganisation.

Scoped and quoted in advance.

Automation & AI adoption

Removing repetitive work before adding new tools: automating reporting, document handling and routine IT tasks, then advising honestly on where AI assistance earns its place in your workflows, and where it does not yet.

Scoped and quoted in advance.

Data handling

Where your data sits.

Location EU and UK data centres

On infrastructure operated by Token, alongside on-site copies at client premises where those exist.

Copies At least two, one off-site

Every protected system is copied to more than one place, at least one of them away from the primary site.

Retention Set per client

Agreed with you and written into the service agreement, rather than a one-size-fits-all default.

Access Private encrypted network

Client systems are reached over an encrypted overlay network. No management interface is exposed to the public internet.

Engagements

Selected engagements.

Infrastructure

Hybrid virtualisation platform for a higher-education institution

Design and continued operation of a virtualisation platform spanning on-premises hosts and dedicated European data-centre servers. Workloads are segregated per organisation, with encrypted administrative access and no management interface exposed to the public internet.

ResultA single accountable operator for the institution's entire server estate.

Backup & disaster recovery

Multi-site backup architecture across a managed portfolio

Implementation of a unified backup architecture for organisations in four countries: daily protected copies, off-site replication to EU data centres, retention aligned to each service agreement, and scheduled restore verification with written results.

ResultNo protected system in the portfolio depends on a single copy.

Monitoring & incident response

Continuous monitoring across a distributed estate

Deployment of continuous monitoring and alerting across server and network infrastructure in four countries. Alerts escalate directly to a named engineer, and every incident closes with a written account of cause and corrective action.

ResultIncidents are documented and remediated, not merely restarted.
